I’m making a little blog for myself to remind myself what I can’t eat.. sadly most of it is through trial and error. The original list is below, and so far added to it is anything with white vinegar listed at all, and any type of butter. Image

Being allergic to Gluten and Corn and Sugar is quite the treat. I live on fresh foods and water or coffee. As new things happen, I’ll add more, or if something is wonderful and I can eat it, I’ll share. Special thanks to my wonderful wife who cooks for me and supports me!
